Boys Pre-Team

Boys Pre-Team is an Invite Only, Strength and Conditioning oriented class designed to build the strength and fundamentals for a smoother transition into our Men's Competitive Gymnastics Team.

Boys Pre-Team Practices on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00pm.

Boys Level 3-4

USAG level 3-4 by invitation only

Level 3 Practices: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30-6:00pm

Level 4 Practices: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00-8:00pm, Friday 4:30-7:30pm

Boys Level 5-10

USAG level 5-10 by invitation only

Level 5-10 Practices: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 5:00-8:00pm, Friday 4:30-7:30pm, Saturday 10:30am-1:30pm.
