Boys Pre-Team is an Invite Only, Strength and Conditioning oriented class designed to build the strength and fundamentals for a smoother transition into our Men's Competitive Gymnastics Team.

Boys Pre-Team Practices on Tuesday's from 5:00p-6:00p.

Boys Level 3-4

USAG level 3-4 by invitation only

Level 3s and 4s practice together

Monday 3:30p-6:30p, Tuesday 3:30p-6:30p, Thursday 3:30p-6:30p

Boys Level 5-10

USAG level 5-10 by invitation only

Practices: Monday 5:00p-8:00p, Wednesday 5:00p-8:00p, Friday 5:00p-8:00p, Saturday 10:30a-2:30p
