Boys Recreational Gymnastics

This school-age boys gymnastics class will increase strength, physical fitness, and overall athletic ability. Students will begin skill development for tumbling, vault, and bars as well as working on technique for mushroom, parallel bars, and rings.

Boys Fast Trak is an invitation only 90-minute class that is a prerequisite to the USAG Boys Level 3 team. In this class gymnasts will continue developing skills needed for all 6 male Olympic Gymnastic Events (Floor, Parallel Bars, Still Rings, Vault, Pommel Horse & High Bar).
